Our New VSO-ICS Volunteers.

Two new VSO – ICS volunteers arrived at WOFHRAD-SL on the 24^th September 2013; Salifu (from Makeni) and Sarah (from the UK).

They are both very excited about helping implement WOFRAD-SL’s ActionAid SL funded projects which include raising awareness on the importance of education, training for 20 rural women farmers and increasing sensitization of Women’s Right to Land. They are also beginning to plan their own project of school visitations, more information to follow soon.

Hopefully the next 3 months will be a busy, productive and successful time for our new volunteers!
